Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist - Apple Focus to provide in-person and remote support for customers using Apple hardware and software. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Apple technologies, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for technology. They must be able to troubleshoot, configure, and manage Apple devices while ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Apple hardware, macOS, iOS, and related software.
  • Assist customers in setting up, configuring, and managing Apple devices.
  • Utilize Apple Business Manager and Jamf for device deployment and management.
  • Support integration with Microsoft Entra ID and digital identity solutions, including SSO.
  • Diagnose and resolve software, network, and security issues related to Apple devices.
  • Deliver remote and on-site support, requiring occasional travel to customer locations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay current with Apple technologies.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and customer interactions in support systems.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Apple Certified training or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Apple ecosystem, including macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and related services.
  • Familiarity with Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and MDM solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and SSO technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise environments with Apple devices.
  • Knowledge of networking, security, and digital identity concepts.
  • Prior experience in a managed IT services or consulting role.
