Keep Control of Your Business: SharePoint for Sales Management
The sales pipeline for Manitoba Hydro International (MHI) can be very complex ? MHI has been active in over 100 countries, each with unique legal, bidding, and human resourcing requirements. The task of investing sales resources strategically is made much more difficult without a sales management system. Furthermore, a sales management system can handle the critical hand-off from sales to project execution.

As a follow-up to its June 2016 presentation (Keep Control of Your Business: SharePoint for Contract Management), MHI Business Solutions will be talking about what happens before a contract is signed, and how SharePoint (when deployed appropriately) can manage the process both effectively and more cheaply than many competing solutions.
