Tammy Kasdorf is a software implementation consultant who values straight talk, integrity, and excellence. As a tech veteran, Tammy brings unique perspectives gained from her years spent working side by side with programmers to find the right balance between people, processes, & technology. 
 
She is especially inspired with helping people take their organizations from simply surviving to growing through change. Critical to her success is showing up everyday with an open mindset, ready to pivot and adapt at any point. Her north star has always been her strong intuition. She consults with empathy, guiding towards the larger picture . 
 
Away from work, Tammy can be found chauffeuring her children to their activities and walking their “puppy” Teddy down country roads. She loves snowboarding and playing ringette in the winter, golfing and hiking in the summer.
