Sheila Harris - Senior Digital Transformation Consultant
Sheila Harris is an experienced IT Consultant, certified in Business Process Reengineering, Business Architecture, Project Management, and Change Management, with over 25 years of experience in business transformation, working in numerous industries over the span of her career. She began her IT career as a software developer, graduating from Red River Polytech’s Computer Analyst/Programmer diploma program. Sheila is also an accomplished instructor, thought leader, speaker, mentor, blockchain educator, and most recently editor to a local author.

Sandra Foster - Managing Partner
Sandra Foster is an entrepreneur and Certified Management Consultant with technology industry senior leadership and cross-industry consulting experience. Her current role is Managing Partner of Capstone Ridge Group, a Management and IT services firm that provides Digital Transformation consulting in the Canadian mid-market public and private sectors. She is also as angel investor providing financial and advisory support to start-ups. Sandra contributes to the community with over 20 years of experience as a board member and providing advisory services to not-for-profit boards.
