About the Presenters
Jennifer McRae
Jennifer is a partner with Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP. She is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, receiving her LLB in 2005 and call to the bar in 2006. Jennifer's practice focuses primarily on business immigration which involves assisting businesses and their executives with a wide variety of immigration and citizenship matters including, temporary resident visas, work and study permits, permanent residence and Canadian citizenship.
Colton Hnatiuk
Colton’s practice is focused in the areas of labour and employment law, and civil litigation. He has experience providing advice in a broad range of areas including contractual disputes, collective agreement administration, arbitration, discipline, termination, wrongful dismissal, employment standards and human rights issues.
