Kristina is a seasoned Human Resources and Talent Acquisition leader with deep expertise in building people strategies that align talent, technology, and business growth. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations navigate transformation by leveraging data, workforce insights, and emerging technologies. Kristina is particularly passionate about how AI is redefining the HR landscape, from recruitment and workforce planning to leadership development, and what it means for the future of work. She brings a practical, people-first perspective to help inspire HR professionals and students alike to embrace innovation and lead with curiosity in an evolving world of work.

Josiane leads the Asper IT team and advances strategic technology initiatives. Her work focuses on the adoption of AI, VR/AR, and cloud computing to strengthen academic programming and operational effectiveness.
Josiane holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science, a master’s degree in Production Engineering, and a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. She brings more than a decade of experience in the software industry and maintains extensive professional certifications. She is certified in six ITIL® 4 areas: Foundation in IT Service Management; Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support; Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve; Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value; Specialist: High-Velocity IT; and Managing Professional. In addition, she holds Professional Google Cloud Architect and Google Cloud Digital Leader certifications.
She is a Board Member of Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) and a founding member of Women Techmakers Winnipeg, the local chapter of Women Techmakers, where she creates opportunities for women in technology to advance their careers and expand their professional networks.
She is also an organizer with Google Developers Group Winnipeg, contributing to a strong and inclusive technology ecosystem in Winnipeg by fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Casey develops AI solutions at Proscia that are transforming pathology and advancing innovation in life sciences. She translates cutting-edge artificial intelligence capabilities into practical, user-centered tools that support precision medicine. As a founding board member of MAAIP, Casey also helps guide the growth of Manitoba’s AI ecosystem, working with business leaders and practitioners to foster responsible adoption and unlock new opportunities for organizational impact.

Jennifer has extensive experience leading human‑centred digital transformation, organizational change management, and service design initiatives across the Canadian public sector and regulated industries.
Jennifer works closely with executives, practitioners, and multidisciplinary teams to help organizations responsibly adopt emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence—in ways that are practical, ethical, and aligned with real user and workforce needs.
Jennifer is particularly passionate about the role women play in shaping AI‑enabled futures. She advocates for inclusive design, thoughtful governance, and socio‑technical approaches that recognize AI as not just a technical capability, but a change to how people work, decide, and interact. Through her work she helps organizations move beyond hype to ensure AI delivers meaningful value while supporting trust, transparency, and long‑term sustainability.
