Career Connections - Mid to Senior level tech talent hiring expo

Career Connections is an effective forum for introducing jobseekers to industry seeking quality mid to senior level tech talent. This employment expo focuses on showcasing the robust employment opportunities in the Manitoba tech sector, while connecting those hiring in the sector with quality talent. 
 
Benefits to Employers:
Meet skilled tech talent through the networking session at Career Connections.  Search the categorized talent profiles to fill your current and future recruiting needs. The categorized profiles allow companies to prioritize candidates they wish to meet making Career Connections an efficient and cost-effective recruitment tool. 
 
How it works:

• Companies hiring for mid-senior level tech roles register to participate in Career Connections
• Job seekers register to participate in Career Connections and fill out a Profile Form
• Tech Manitoba compiles and curates all Profiles, categorizing them by tech specialty and forwards to company reps/recruiters for review
• Recruiters and reps attend Career Connections to pitch their company to the audience. 
• Ample time reserved after the pitches for jobseeker to industry networking.

To register as a job seeker: 
Mid to senior level tech talent only please (minimum 2-3 years tech experience) 
Registration portal will open here on March 9th and closes April 9th, 2026
