We will focus on communication strategies and boundaries while highlighting how working in less-than-ideal circumstances can be an opportunity to build resilience\, adaptability and creativity. \;
\nPart 2: Building a Culture of Inclusion: \;Diversity\, including gender-parity\, can drive innovation if implemented and practised \;by organizational leaders. This is easier said than done\, especially as we face the realities of an unknown economic future. This session will give you the tools to improve parity within your organizations. \;
