This session will outline the key regulatory initiatives currently underway in Canada\, the impact they are having on our Payments ecosystem\, and the resulting evolving business models.\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Speaker\n\nVince Devine is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and has been working in the Banking Industry since 2000.  Specific to Payments\, he has provided consulting and system design guidance to the major Canadian banks since 2007\, and more recently has been advising on the implications of the Payments Canada Modernization program for financial institutions and participants in the payments ecosystem in Canada.
