Attendees will come away with a clearer understanding of when a provisional patent meaningfully strengthens an IP position and when it can create false confidence or long-term problems.\n\n \n\nAbout your keynote speaker:\n\nMichael Williams\, Ph.D. Patent Agent & Biochemist\n\n \n\nMike has a B.Sc. in Genetics (Honours) from the University of Manitoba\, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Biophysics from Texas A&M University and was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda\, Maryland. He has worked as a patent agent at Ade & Company Inc. for 30 years and has extensive experience with patents in many biological areas\, including vaccines\, recombinant proteins and expression systems\, transgenic plants\, antibiotics\, fertilizers\, pesticides and food products.\n\n\n\n \nLINK TO REGISTER
