This workshop focuses on understanding the internal patterns that shape how women show up at work. How we lead\, communicate\, make decisions\, and set boundaries\, particularly in environments where credibility\, visibility\, and confidence are constantly tested.\n\n

Rather than starting with external behaviours\, participants will explore what&rsquo\;s happening beneath the surface: the assumptions\, motivations\, and habits that influence everything from delegation and collaboration to confidence and credibility.

Through practical psychological frameworks\, participants will gain insight into why leadership challenges show up differently for each person and how self-awareness becomes a powerful tool for sustainable growth\, clarity\, and confidence in tech careers.
