The leadership and career growth journey is a continuous one and this program will provide an opportunity for women leaders (or aspiring leaders) to connect\, learn new leadership strategies and grow. \n\nThe training combines workbook exercises\, small group discussions\, role plays and facilitated activities. The one-on-one coaching session offers an opportunity to explore individual challenges and goals in a confidential setting.\n\n \n\nProgram includes\n\n\n 3 Half-Day Training Sessions covering:\n\n \n The Intentional People Leader\n Growing your Role\n Building Relationships & Trust\n Leadership Conversations\n Building for the Future\n Building Habits and Making Time to Lead\n \n \n\n\n\n Leadership Panel Discussion A virtual follow-up featuring senior women in tech sharing their leadership experiences with registered participants in the program\n 1:1 Coaching Session Each participant will have access to one 45-minute private coaching session with the facilitator (virtual or by phone).\n\n \n\nLearning Outcomes\n\nParticipants will:\n\n\n Feel more empowered to proactively communicate and advocate for themselves\, their teams\, and their work\n Build confidence to actively pursue their personal and professional goals\n Gain practical strategies and perspectives to support their growth as leaders\n\n *Workbooks will be provided\, laptops are not recommended.\n\n\n\nWho Should Attend\n\nThis training is best suited for:\n\n\n Individuals who have recently moved into leadership roles\n First-time managers without prior formal leadership training\n Current leaders with some training who want to further develop their skills\n\n About the Facilitator \n\n \n\nJane Helbrecht is a leadership development and people & culture expert with over 15 years of experience in training and HR roles.
