We need to understand our own biases and how we react to people that act differently from our socially engrained expectations (our bias). Bias is often evident in workplace culture where women are not on an equal basis with men in terms of participation and leadership.\n\nThe question business leaders need to ask is\, "Where is unconscious bias in my company and what is the impact?"\n\nThis session is focused on understanding and identifying Unconscious Bias at work through discussion\, self-reflection\, and experience-based learning.\n\n\n\nLed by a professional WinSETT facilitator\, at the end of the session you will:\n\n  Understand how Unconscious Bias works based upon the research\n\n  Understand the importance and Impact on workplace culture\n\n  Identify Stereotype Threat & the Myth of Meritocracy\n\n  Discuss and learn tips to counter the effects of Unconscious Bias
