He has accumulated extensive experience designing Information Security Architecture and Risk Management programs for financial institutions\, small and large enterprises\, municipalities and government agencies across Canada.\n\nPaul has been a PCI QSA subject matter expert for SC Magazine\, Corus Radio and CTV News\, speaking on internet and Payment Card Industry security.\n\nPaul was the lead information security architect advisor and QSA that designed a PCI DSS compliant check capture system that processes over 70% of Canadian check processing.\n\nPaul was the Lead Information Risk & Privacy consultant for the development of a Security Data Governance and Privacy program for a fraud analytics and countermeasures solution. This solution is used by multiple tier1 and tier 2 Canadian financial institutions. His most recent projects focused on compliance assessments\, risk and vulnerability analysis for Fortune 1 to 5 companies on the global stage.
